By accessing or using the website located at enidconcretecompany.com (the "Site"), or by engaging Precision Enid Concrete ("we," "us," or "our") to perform any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this Site or engage our services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to the Site and to all customers who engage our services. They may be updated from time to time as described in Section 13 below.
Precision Enid Concrete provides concrete contracting services to residential and commercial customers in Enid, OK and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, sidewalk installation, slab foundations, retaining walls, decorative concrete, and related work as described on this Site.
The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. The availability of any specific service is subject to confirmation at the time of your inquiry and may vary based on location, scope, and scheduling.
Any estimate or quote provided by Precision Enid Concrete - whether by phone, email, or written document - is an approximation based on the information available at the time it is given. Estimates are not binding contracts. A final written contract or work order, signed by both parties, governs the agreed scope and price of any project.
Prices are subject to change based on changes in material costs, labor availability, site conditions discovered during the project, or changes to the scope of work requested by the customer. Any changes to the agreed scope will be communicated to you in writing before additional work proceeds.
Estimates provided through this Site or by phone are not guarantees of final pricing. We make every effort to provide accurate estimates, but final pricing is confirmed only in a signed written agreement.
Project start dates are estimates based on current workload and availability. We will make reasonable efforts to begin and complete your project on the agreed schedule. Weather conditions, material availability, and other factors outside our control may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if a delay is anticipated.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or after work has commenced may result in charges for materials and labor already incurred. Specific cancellation terms will be set out in your written contract.
Payment terms are established in the written contract or work order for each project. Typical terms may include a deposit prior to project commencement, with the balance due upon completion. Specific terms vary by project size and scope.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to late fees as set out in your written contract. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work on any project where payment is overdue. In the event of non-payment, we reserve all rights available under applicable law, including the right to file a mechanic's lien against the property where work was performed.
By engaging our services, you represent that you have the authority to authorize work on the property. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work site, clear the area of obstructions as directed, and notify us of any known underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hazards before work begins.
You agree to keep children and pets away from active work areas and to follow any post-project care instructions provided by our crew, including cure times for concrete surfaces.
We stand behind our work and address any defects in materials or workmanship that arise from our performance, subject to the terms of your written contract. Any specific warranty terms are set out in the written contract for your project.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather events, flooding, soil movement beyond normal seasonal variation, damage caused by vehicles or heavy equipment beyond the load capacity specified at the time of installation, or failure resulting from the customer's failure to follow care instructions.
The information on this Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Enid Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or your engagement of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or property damage caused by our negligence.
